“In my experience, in the real-estate business past success stories are generally not applicable to new situations. We must continually reinvent ourselves, responding to changing times with innovative new business models."

Successful Investors Do This.......

8 Areas to Tweak
  • Set your goals and commit to them.
  • Create an amazing morning routine that includes exercise or meditation and breakfast.
  • Take an honest look at your finances and discard any bad habits. Ditch debt. Borrow smarter and do your research on any investment.
  • Capitalize on your current knowledge and don't ever lose track of the basics. Know investing jargon.
  • Aim to learn something new about the financial world. Attend webinars and conferences. Listen to podcasts and stay current on publications and market trends but don't obsess.
  • Improve your risk management. Plan for the unexpected and be willing to take some losses. Have a long term investing strategy with a diversified portfolio.
  • Make record keeping easy and streamlined by using new technologies. Hire an accountant or financial advisor.
  • Don't forget to take advantage of tax breaks.
This is just a short list of the things that a truly successful investor does. Take a step back and think about your future, the goals you are trying to accomplish and in what time frame. Plan a strategic method, personalized to your individual needs and make a commitment to follow through with the steps it will take to get to financial freedom.

Happy 2023!
